LQ-COCT2000 is a device for automatic LIV and spectral testing of COC products in shrapnel carriers before & after Bum-in.

The intelligent data system can accurately store the test data of COC products in each shrapnel carrier and compare and analyze the test data of the products before & after Bum-in.

The equipment is equipped with a silo that can accommodate 20 shrapnel carriers for automatic loading and unloading: it is equipped with two sets of precision temperature-controlled test benches, optical and electrical test modules, and power supply systems, which can save heating waiting time by alternating the test, and greatly enhance the utilization rate of the supporting test instruments and increase the production capacity of the equipment.
