Dual lens AA-10 is a active alignment device developed for dual lens synchronous coupling products. The direct-drive motor-driven nano-linear positioning platform enables the device to have higher coupling efficiency, coupling stability and coupling accuracy.

Equipped with two sets of high-precision six-degree-of-freedom active coupling and mounting system, temperature-controlled carrier table (optional), high-precision visual guidance, accurate feedback of LENS pressure, automatic precise dispensing, automatic UV curing and upper and lower visual calibration, etc., and is equipped with high-efficiency air-float vibration damping system.

Friendly software operation interface, self-developed high-efficiency coupling system, high equipment compatibility, convenient replacement of fixtures and fittings, fast software switching, a small number of product validation and large-scale mass production can be perfectly applied.
