High-speed dispensing mounter common faults and rapid troubleshooting and repair skills
I. Dispensing faults
Dispensing unstable: may be changes in the fluidity of the glue, the dispensing pressure is unstable or the dispensing needle clogging. Quick troubleshooting, first check whether the glue is expired, deterioration, replacement of new glue; and then check the pressure regulator to ensure that the pressure is stable; if the pressure is normal, remove the dispensing needle, with a fine needle or cleaning agent to clean up the blockage.
No glue: the reason may be the glue curing blocked pipe, glue pump failure or glue supply system leakage. First check the glue in the pipeline is cured, if cured need to use special solvents to dissolve; and then check the glue pump working condition, to see if there is damage to the parts, if necessary, replacement; end with soapy water coated with glue system connections, check whether there are air bubbles, if there is tightening or replacement of seals.
Second, patch failure
components paste bias: mostly by the visual positioning system deviation, suction nozzle wear or patch head movement caused by abnormalities. First calibrate the visual system, through the standard sample re-location calibration; check the nozzle, if there is wear and tear in time to replace; check the patch head transmission components, such as belts, rails, etc., whether there is loose or damaged, fasten or replace the corresponding parts.
Suction can not afford components: may be the suction nozzle clogging, vacuum degree is insufficient or components and suction nozzle mismatch. Clean up the suction nozzle to ensure smooth; check the working status of the vacuum pump to see whether the vacuum pipeline leakage, repair the leakage; if the suction nozzle does not match the components, replace the appropriate suction nozzle.
Third, electrical failure
equipment can not be turned on: may be a power failure, fuse blown or circuit board damage. First check whether the power plug is plugged in, the power cord is not broken; if the power supply is normal, check the fuse, blown fuse is replaced; if the fuse is normal, contact a professional testing circuit board, to determine whether there is a component burned or line short circuit, repair or replacement.
Motor does not run: the cause may be motor drive failure, motor overload or motor winding short circuit. Check the motor drive indicator to see if there is an alarm message, according to the manual troubleshooting; check the motor load, remove the excess load; if the motor winding is short-circuited, need to replace the motor.
Fourth, the control system failure
operating interface does not respond: may be a touch screen failure, system software crash or communication line failure. First clean the touch screen to see if there are foreign objects affecting the touch; if the touch screen is normal, restart the device to see if it can be restored to normal; if there is still no response, check whether the communication line connection is normal, contact the manufacturer to update or repair the system software.
Program running error: it may be the program file is damaged, parameter setting error or equipment hardware failure affects program running. Re-import the correct program file; check the parameter settings to ensure consistency with the production requirements; if the problem persists, troubleshooting equipment hardware, such as sensors, controllers and other normal work.
Master these common failures and rapid troubleshooting and repair skills, can effectively reduce the downtime of high-speed dispensing mounter, to ensure smooth production. If you encounter complex faults, you should contact the equipment manufacturer or professional maintenance personnel.
